Looking for 240 project car (so-cal)

hi,

I am looking to purchase a project 240SX (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=156472#) for my first car and for senior project.

What im looking for:

A 240SX (preferable a s13 from 89-92)
Ok body (some dents but not a POC)
Dont really care about the engine just as long as it runs.
Dont care if its manual or auto
and dont care about color.

I have about 1500 in hand so offer up and please include pics,
