Upon removal of the turbo and the manifold on my SR, I noticed that what looks like three bolt holes for the transmission-to-block are missing? Are there supposed to be bolts here? if so, what size are they?

14x1.5? something like that.
Pull out another one and its the same thread pitch.
There are couple of smaller ones, but I don't know.
