89' hatch se testing waters FS/FT

Hey guys. Testing waters on a 89' cherry red 240sx hatchback. The car has a few dents and dings here and there, passenger fender is dented.drivers seat has a hole. 146,xxx miles on it. Automatic transmision. Interior isn't the cleanest. Motor runs pulls strong, car is reliable but the battery is getting weak. had plans to swap it to 5 spd. but i don'thave the cash or place to do it. there is rust on the left and right frame rails, left is worse of the two, And a little on the passenger shock tower. The RPM and oil temp gauge do not work. car has new Bosch platinum +2 sparkplugs, Injen cold air intake,HS headers, painted valve cover, front and rear strut tower bars, tein s techs, flowmaster cat-back exhaust, 18 x 8.5 universal lug wheels (i have the other pair without tires), carbon fiber hood (clear coat is coming off). hatch is primered black. i would like to get 2k or trade for a 5spd.
