I'm going to put these up here for a week if noone bites they'll be canabalized to make a different light setup. $200 plastic need reparing.

Omfg those are gnarly, but don't you think $200 is a bit much for units that need repair? Despite being discontinued and all..

I paid more for these in the same condition. They useually go for $500 when they were in production. The damage is nothing that couldn't be fixed with a few hours of work and some fiberglass mat and resin. Admitly east bear should have made the housing out of fiberglas, frp or carbon fiber instead of plastic but oh well, get these before i decide to use the lights for a project.

Any interest at all? Get these before I get creative with them. Either way these things won't be collecting dust on my shelf.

very cool. do these totally replace the whole open and close assembly?

Yes, you remove the entire headlight / motor assemly and this replaces it.
