The side brackets may or may not work, I really dont know what the seat rail looks like in a 240, in my miata i was going mounting it in a fixed location, no rails.

Spec miata, but it hasnt been run in anything in some time... its going to be run one more year in SM, then were gonna build it for either an IT class
