been about month and half now, and I did push this really far, but that dead line of 45 days on PayPal came up, so I filed a claim against you.

you seem to respond really fast when someone wants to buy something from you.

I am sure you saw the first claim filed against you on Paypal, and the 10 day period of window you had ran out so Paypal e-mailed me saying if I don't take action now and further esclate this claim, they'll automatically assume the claim has been salved. but it has not been. so I did esclate the claim with Paypal, thus why you HAD to pay me back to keep your score/rating up with Paypal or what ever. I will post a bad reputation thread on this case along with all the PM's and e-mails when I get back from my current trip to over seas. yeah..I am fighting the war.

I haven't seen it charged back into my Bank account yet, so answer is not yet.
but that's not my point. you never did what you said you would until i took logal actions with proper authority. No tracking number, no communication, and you even blocked my AIM username "madassorz" because I simply tried to get in contact with you. and yes I did give you more then ample amount of time to get this solved out before I did anything with Paypal man, that's no excuse. more then 40 days after I paid you for the item with bearly any communication. you left me out in total blank. and like I said in above posts, I was out of the country about 20 days out of those 40+ days of time I gave you to fight the war. so I won't say anymore. I hope I am not the only person whom tried to buy something from you and got this kind of response.

you can buy it from him, I just want my money back and paypal's telling me that it's in transit to my bank account. but I really don't recommend you to buy it from him, go craigslist for iPod deals.

I didn't say it hasn't been refunded..i said it's not in my account yet, but status as refunded..but what evers, i just got back from 27 hour duty day.
