does it matter if its a S13 bkuz i have a S14 that needs a ECU and yours is good for me....and yes i have a KA-T.

There is a conversion harness needed to pin the S13 ECU for a S14 chassis. I'll be selling them myself shortly but right now there are other shops selling them for about $150-200, IIRC.
