View Full Version : FS: S14 Kouki SR20 Swap With A/C!

This is a 95 240sx kouki with a SR20DET red top. This chassis has NO rust and is straight as an arrow. The interior is immaculate and well maintained. It has a Top Speed 3 in. cat back, 3 in. dump pipe and down pipe, Nismo motor mounts, Peak Performance transmission mount (black), Megan turbo manifold, S15 turbo manifold gasket, DNA boost controller, HKS actuator, Blitz DD bov, Hybrid intercooler, Project Silvia intercooler piping, Odyssey battery located in trunk, 12 in. elec. fan HKS rocker arm stoppers, Nismo Power Brace, Rear upper control arms, rear toe arms, Megan Street coilovers, VLSD, Rear Subframe Collars, Sport Max 050 17x8/17x9 35, B Magic front wide fenders, Megan boost and air/fuel gauge, and NRG quick release. This setup DOES have A/C and it works great. It is very reliable and has new tires. It is a little dirty in the pictures because it has been sitting in my Moms back yard and the grass has been cut three times with it sitting there. Also the seats that are in it are very rare. They are non SE '96 seats and are the only model to have two tone seats without the stupid patterns down the middle. I forgot to mention it DOES have a sunroof. I did everything myself. The harnness was shortened and everything was soldered and shrink wraped.

It runs great. Get on the interstate turn the A/C on and ride. I have driven it to Louiville, KY and back with no problems.

Just for clarification's sake, what is the production year listed on your door jam? I only ask because your listing says its a 95, but your gauge cluster is out of kouki (97-98) and kouki gauge clusters have 3 plugs in the back while zenki clusters have 4. So unless you rigged a kouki cluster to work in your car, i'm totally confused as to what year this car really is.

It is a 95. I "rigged" nothing, I simply used the pigtails and repinned them using factory service manuals.

In other words, yes, you rigged a kouki cluster to work in your zenki. Its not a problem or anything dude, i just wanted to clarify it for potential buyers.

Don't get butthurt when someone calls you on something different or 'off' they've noticed.

I could nitpick the hell out of your car, but I won't out of courtesy.
I see many things I'd call 'rigged', and I have experience in 'rigging' enough to know what to look for.
Anyhow, like I said, I'll take the high road and leave such things unsaid.
