the tanabe racing medallion is fugly IMO.  so if the super medallion is the same then go with the apex.  otherwise i dont know because i have never heard the tanabe.

Ok it dont alway matter to people what an exhaust looks likebut i can tell you this that the tanabes are usally alittle quiter.I have heard the tanabe on a s14 can recall which one but it was a low deep tone.The apexi N1 Duel is a bad ass exhaust imo cus it helps all around.It builds torque and hp and you lose no power so in a all range it is a great exhaust.I should have mine in about a week if frappe gets my check and sends my exhaust.

those tanabe cans are very loud, but very deep.  so its an allright sound.  yeah i agree they are ugly, but they are good for highend power, more so than the n1 duels.  duels help at more mid range power which would be more ideal for the lower revving 240sx.  i say go with the duels

N1 Dual....

don't you guy think this question has been asked some many times?....you know comparing the N1 Dual to another exhaust.

Even tho im not like most ppl i like the duals n1 jus not much as everyone else on here. I personally would sway away from what everyone is going to b/c it tends to get old that my opinion tho. I know the apex n1 duals make the lack of there of for the lower revving 240sx. I would like to try different exhaust than what ppl are flocking too. If that floats ur boat then get what u want its ur car ur exhaust. Do whatcha like with it. Who here has N1 dual and how does the sound compare to others? I can't stand the sound of 95% of the after market exhausts out there. Despite how loud it is, the N1 dual is the best sounding exhaust I have heard on a 240. &nbsp;Very deep and very aggressive. &nbsp;I'm running a 5Zigen fireball and am happy with it, but wish it looked like the dual.
