Found a PDF file on a website that has a step by step tutorial on how to modify your current injectors. The BADA$$ part (if its works as stated) is that the redtop injectors (270cc's on a KA ) will flow 550 after the modification. In fact, the document also stated that nissan injectors are the same at the base, and its at the tip (where the mod is) where they limit the flow of the injectors. Here is the breakdown on the before and after flow's.

Pink tops (GA16) 185cc------------------450cc
Red tops (KA24) 270cc------------------550cc
Purples (SR20) 370cc------------------880cc

I'll post the file tomorrow, but it looks like a pretty easy mod for the DIY'er

sounds ghetto?

Drill the spray holes bigger?

I bought 460cc injectors for my KA for like $40 bucks.

My friend got some modified ones from deatsch works and he says they run too rich at idle but are other wise fine (i think his are 550s?). I dunno maybe you can fix that with fuel management...

Yeah,, Sliden has the link posted. I might go buy a set of cheap KA's and do the mod to one, and have it flow tested. If it works,, great,, if not,, well, I'll have 3 injectors to do something with...lol

btw,, where did you get 460's for 40 bucks?
