I just finished replacing all the stock bushings, now I'm putting the car back together. In the FSM it says "When installing rubber parts, final tightening must be carried out under unladen condition with tires on the ground". I'm really not sure how that is possible because it doesn't seem like I'd have any access to most of them (especially in the rear) with the tire on so it this necessary? I replaced all the stock bushings with energy poly bushings if it makes any difference. Thanks.

try using a floor jack to put a load on the suspension till it barely floats off the jack stands.

It's just talking about the sway bars, not the bolts for the arms. Put the rear wheels on ramps and get in there and tighten the sway bar endlinks with it under load.

Ah ok that makes more sense, it shouldn't be a problem then. Thanks for the info. :bigok:

With the energy bushings don't worry about torquing them on the ground because the inner sleeves are not physically connected to the bushings they pivot freely. On stock bushings they tell you to torque on the ground because the inner sleeves are attached to the rubber bushings so there is a limited range of movement.
