Nissan Computer Company Vs. Nissan Motors, Who do you think should win the case?

Nissan Motors claims that they stole the Name.
Nissan Computers say that the name is a family name.

who should win, i really dont know who should win. i just wanna know other people opinions on the subject.

if my family name was Ford (which is a common name) and i made ford.com before Ford Motors did, it would be mine. all mine. technically it's just a last name. just like this guy's last name, nissan.

the majority of the lawsuit is not about the name but instead about the web domain www.nissan.com which is owned by Nissan Computers and has been owned by Nissan Computers since well before Datsun became Nissan Motors.  Nissan Motors is suing for sitting on the website or whatever.  go to www.nissan.com if you wanna read about it.  anyways, i think nissan computers has everyright to the website and i believe the courts will see the same.  this will all end with nissan motors making a huge payment to nissan computers to buy the website.

imho i would never buy a new nissan i hate their quality and the way they've been doing business.

I hope Nissan Auto losses this lawsuit...but I hope Nissan Computer will sell the domain name in the end.
