This ecu is a J4 ecu (Kouki 180sx SR20DET ecu). Your car needs to be wired for J4 ecu or you will need to re-pin your harness for it to work. Rest of the details are below. $200 picked up or $220 shipped. Contact me at 626-695-0101 or pm me if interested.

TOMEI ECU System2
Removed from a 180SX Kouki ECU.

Although the foundations of engine tuning are increase of the amount of intake air, the improvement of combustion, and reduction of friction, it is impossible to pull out the potential performance by tuning up hard wares, such as camshaft, valve timing, and turbine unless either A/F ratio or its ignition timing is proper. In order to pull out the 100% potential which hardware has, it is necessary to make A/F ratio, ignition timing, idling state, and etc. perfectly by controlling ECU.

Below is the list of ECU modification included in TOMEI ECU
1、Eliminate top speed limiter
2、Shift rev limiter timing
3、Eliminate boost limiter
4、Modification of fuel correction map and Ignition map
5、Change quorum (k)
6、Change lattice of the map (RPM, injection time)
7、Modify every correction points

no, what he is saying is if you have a motor that came out of a non-type X car then you have to change the pin order in your harness, because the ECU pin out on a type-X is different than a normal blacktop.
