this by far is the chillest meet that i have ever made. no dumbasses and idiots and people bumping music or doing burnouts. we chill from 9pm + whenever with no one bothering us. we get occaisional ricers doing drive bys but thats it. wed night in san fernando valley is bike night which is for our benefit.

That's really close to me. Theater has the arcade as already mentioned. There's a Subway, Fire Grill and Poquito Mas. Also the Applebees for the ballers.:coolugh:
Security looks pretty lax, never seen anything bad happen there and plenty of parking away from the main theater.

There's hardly any Five-O traffic through there and from what I know the Scion's have their meet there on Friday nights and not once have had any issues. It's a little further from Tampa but it's a chill spot to look at too. :werd: up!

Close but one block over in the lot where the Auto Zone & Citibank is at. Where Vons/Jons used to be. It's a decent sized lot front & back & if we get bugged there (which I'd doubt) we can walk over to the Mexican Restaurant, Donut Shop, or Panda Bowl that is there. Plenty of cover up.

NICE! Yeah go check him out. He's really into trying creative paint scemes right now. Like his FD has a custom black pearl in it. But he is really fair in his prices and does great work for the price.

Just something I noticed that I'm not sure if anyone else did. But last week there was a different security guard than the one previous. It wasn't the guy who tried doing donuts in the golf cart. When I came back to my car after everyone left he drove by while on the cell phone telling me I can't park here. It was probably him that called the cops. (just not sure if he made himself known or not)
Don't know why I didn't mention this sooner, but it just popped into my mind

But either way I'm sure if we're at in-n-out we shouldn't have a problem :)

yo it was a good meet...but the del sol community kinda fell off...u guys actually have a new challenge haha...and thats the bmw community...they are huge!!!!!! everyone from the meet pretty much went to denny's besides the 240s. so i was hoping u guys after in-n-out head to the dennys. there were about 30 bmws that night..made me mad hhaha...jk

anyways me and the other organizer talked to the cop. btw he was really cool. never met such a nice officer. after the ricer civic did a flyby in front of him, he chased him but he didnt pull him over because he heard costco call in the meet..so he said he headed straight back to give us heads up that more cops would come. its another reason why he didnt go out with the sirens and speaker. he asked us nicely to move and pretty much said to just hang out at in-n-out cuz they cant do anything there. oh yeah, they said that it was management of costco that called in the meet. but i dont believe that. i think it was the security guard as well. what management is there late??

he also mentioned that costco, k-mart, and the korean church next to balboa and devonshire has gotten requests to keep meets out *mainly thurs*. but he was giving us advice where to go, pretty much just move anywhere.

so in all COSTCO MEET is cancelled. BUT in-n-out is still a go. from now on though i will be having the meet up at dennys. like i said earlier, its up to u guys where u want it. u can stay at in-n-out, but its not a big enough parking lot for everyone.

okay... really quick, how do I figure out which injector is leaking? From what I gather on the net it's either I take out the fuel rail and inspect each inject one by one or let the engine warm up a bit, turn off, and then check which spark plug is drenched in gas (piston will most likely look wet as well)?

I did this Wednesday night, which is what kept me from going, but because of such poor lighting I couldn't really see anything.

I have o-rings and 2 extra oem injectors. I changed one out thinking that was the one with the issue, but still getting shitty gas mileage. Someone just confirm for me the methods in the first paragraph or tell me another method pls :D

now to talk about the place, the place is in lake balboa/van nuys. its a park right next to the japanese gardens. this is a really...really hidden area. and perfect =D

Looks like I won't be coming out for a while. Since I lagged on getting my hood pins my hood flew back on me while on the 118 and now it's damaged pretty bad :(

Don't know when I'll get a new one. I just checked rare trick which used to have the hood I want (yashio factory) for sale for 800+ but is no longer listed and the company is out of business. Does anyone else know where I can get it for a decent price?

I traded my stock one for the CF one. My hood still latches, but it's iffy imo. It still resembles a hood and stuff, but I'd still want a new one and get some hood pins asap.

Wheres a good place to pick up sway strut everything bars the whole shiebang? doesn't have to be brand name I rather it not be brand name so its cheaper and poly urethane bushings , seems I can only get stuff on ebay which I rather avoid.

I just posted the info bro so if we miss you you'll have the info. It's easy to get there. From In-N-Out go down Tampa to Saticoy, turn left and head down to Louise. It'll be on the corner in the Ralph's Shopping Center next to Blockbusters I believe. There's also a Rite Aid etc. Quiet street too.
