harness question, GROUNDS

ok my question is this. on the harness that has the Postive batter terminal, a few inches up from the terminal itself there are two grounds. one is a much larger wire than the other. where do the two respective grounds go?

chassis, like core support? thats the skinny one correct?
and the big one goes to that bolt on the intake mani?

Are you talking about the 2 white wires from the + connection, coming from a double clip that's red ? If so these are fusable leads. not a - source.
