View Full Version : Need Help from my New Yorkers!!!!

I live in Cali at the present time, but I'm thinking of taking a trip to NY for my upcoming vacation time. I'm trying to spend as little amount of money as possible for flight and board, so I can maximize the time I have there. I plan to be there for a week sometime in the end of Sep/beginning of Oct.

Now, here's where I need help: I know nothing of this place. I've only been to Las Vegas and Arizona, and it's pretty much the same. I need for some nice Zilvians to show me the ropes of the place when I get out there, and possibly offer a place to stay for a night. I don't really want to spend money on a hotel that I really won't be at, I just need a place to shower and stuff, you know? I know how to live out of my backpack, LOL.

So, my question is- who would be willing to help me out here? :bigok:

I'm going just to go. I've never been there before, and I've always wanted to go. This is the first time I've actually stayed long enough at a job to have earned vacation time, so I want to really use it.

I'd basically be sightseeing, taking in everything. I want to go to all the places I've seen on TV, and even the places only ppl from New York know about. I'm gonna take a lot of pictures, and a lot of video to document my time there.
