Hey I'm new to 240's and ive been on a couple of different forums and well basically alot of those guys are jerks so hopefully this won't be to bad. ( i apologize in advance for anything stupid i say or ask, im a noob)

I have a '90 240sx SOHC and a couple of days ago i traded a friend a 180sx tail piece for a t-25 turbo, i have already picked a intercooler and thats about it, im still looking for other parts but alot of people (not 240 guys) have been saying it will blow my engine. the guy i got the turbo from has talked to me about it and yeah i know its a possibility but if done right will it work?

i wouldnt just slap a turbo on the sohc if i were you. it will work out just fine, but you have to research...there is a lot more that goes into turboing a ka besides a turbo and intercooler.

Yes... listen to this guy.
You still need a manifold (hard to find for sohcs)
oil lines, bung welded to the oil pan for a return line, injectors or be ghetto and run an fmu, some kind of fuel management, fuel pump, not to mention supporting mods like cooling improvements and a stronger clutch that can actually hold the power.

Don't do it.
