Question about filter+adapters on ebay

Does anyone have one of these intake adapter and filters?  Did you get anymore go from it?  How about sound?  Thanks!

its basically a pop charger and it will give a little better throttle response at most 1-2 horsepower and it will bring out a growl from the car, especially if u take out the resonator box for 20 buckz u can't really go wrong.
