Most likely a 89 or 90. Its the pignose front, 89-90 wheels, and the SOHC.

^That used to happen to my old '89 as well.

Going about 5mph...it suddenly jumps up and falls on the other side as if it suddenly had a small amount of power and then died.

That's a really clean coupe btw.

-A/C clutch pulley (A/C holds pressure, no leaks)
-Speed sensor off trans (speedometer mph doesn’t work due to this)
-Engine mounts
