///grey area alert///

i've come to terms with my shitty internet connection. i used to have a 10 meg connection, and could download full movies in minutes. but now, i'm stuck with a shitty 1.5meg connection. so, to supplement it, since i'm saving about $50 a month on internet anyway, i signed up for a blockbuster total access plan.

now, what dvd rippers do you guys use? it's been years since i've done this. dvdxcopy and dvdshrink i'm sure are far past obsolete.

I use to do that a lot with dvdshrink and dvd2one long ago.

Check this site out, http://www.videohelp.com/
look on the "How to guides" on the top left of the website.
I use to look there for quick info.

hope this help

I can only assume you're discussing the pirating of movies you don't own as opposed to the backing up of movies you do (why would you need to rent a movie you own?), so I'm shutting this down now.
