Bumper compaibility/Interior Light Problem

my first question is pretty simple: Are all s13 240sx front bumpers interchangeable? i have the pig nose and came across a good deal for a sharknose but i want to make sure im not gonna run into any unforseen problems when i try to swap them.

also, my tachometer , speedometer etc. turn on when i turn my car on but the second i turn my headlights on, my dashboard lights all go out.

Yes they are interchangeable, however with the 91-94 front ends they have square fender trim pieces so that the bumper is visually flush with the fenders.
