ok so i have a s14 now...

and im getting rid of it soon because it has to many things to fix.....

i have a chance to buy a clean title 93 240sx vert. the only problem is that it is automatic. it has 93k miles.

how much should i be looking to pay for this? is it worth getting the auto and doing a 5 speed swap?

Fix the s14 yourself. You'll feel better about it.

Personally, I think the verts are ugly.

the only problem is, the s13 is an older car so there COULD be more potential problems. this is stuff you're gonna have to fix. other than that, your call

im located in socal

i have a 97 kouki black 140k miles...stock 5spd se salvage title

it has a dent on the quarterpanel....

how much are u willing to pay? lol

but can sumone still answer my question...how much should i be looking at for the vert?

well for a vert it depends on the condition and what is on the car.

The 5 speed swap is an easy thing to do and shouldn't cost that much.
My vert is great! everyone that rides in my car loves it and wants one for them selves.
plus they aren't that common so it's nice to have something that not everyone has.
but I've done alot to mine so this is coming from a person that has the 5 speed, JDM front and alot of other stuff already done.
I love my S14 too but i think for a daily driver I like the vert.
For a show car i would stick with the S14 and do little stuff to mod it.
But it's all up to you and your budget.

Like said, older body will have more sheit wrong with it than a newer 97 S14. Plus how trashed is this S14 for you to even consider downgrading to a S13?!?!

its not trashed...

it just has a dent on the quarter panel and the trunk is crooked.

get the vert and keep it auto. just strictly for cruising purposes! no track time at all!

I like my vert...but i'm selling it.
