View Full Version : flush offsets on a z33
I got a buddy of mine who just got a Z and he's looking to me to help him out make it really nice. He's going to get suspension and dump it, and get some nice wheels and make it hella flush. What would be the perfect offset to make it flush? on a 9 or a 10 inch wide wheel.

smallest width 18x9+0 (front) 18x10+10(rear) he better run these sizes at the smallest width and highest offset.

SSR Type-C 18x10.5 +16 front and rear with a 265/35/18.. you could even go to a 275 if you wanted to.

That's not flush. :)
I'd say no smaller than 19x10 with an offset of about 0 or maybe even negative.
If I had a Z and money, I'd do a 19/20 stagger, haha.

Paging Mr Paikman.
I convinced him to do Works that are usually a group buy here.
and 19's since he already has 18's or a 19/20 stagger.
but yeah i was thinking 19x9:25 19/20x10.5:20, and use small spacers if needed.

this guy has
Front: 19x9.5 7s +9 offset (+12 w/3mm spacer)
Rear: 19x10.5 +12 offset

and my personal favorite (not 100% sure of the offsets though. However, if anyone cares that much ill search for it later)
front: 19x10 +18?
rear: 19x11 +5?

^^^^ That's my old Work Equips that I bought for my Z but decided not to use and keep my Z stock. I had it refinished full polished all around.
The specs are
front 19x10.5 +18
Rear 19x11 +20
I miss those wheels.
People still use my old ebay post and try to sell it even after I listed it like 1 year and a half ago.
where did you get those equips? I'm sure my buddy wants something nice like that. He's looking to spend about $600 a wheel
jack, you idiot, why in the fuck would you get rid of those gorgeous wheels.

I bought them used. They were pretty beat up around the lips. But they came back brand new practically when it returned.
I know Logan can get it for you. Don't know about the $600 a wheel part of it, but they are custom made. Prolly a 3 months wait though.

350z guys fucking suck at wheel fitment (I'm referring to the ones on my350z.com and 350z-tech). Half the threads are "I got 19's , look here yo", with 19x9 + _ _

yea, agreed. honestly only about a handful of z33's ive seen have had nice fitment. alot of em are just clueless. as far as theyre concerned, if theyre volks or works its ultra cool, even if the sizes suck ass. its funny when they spend like 2000+ on wheels and theyre sunk as fuck.
also, it makes me cringe when they run 8.5s up front.

Blue z is perfect
could use maybe 5mm spacers in the front
but that might hit fenders more when turning.
but thats it.
fucking beautiful
I want a z now.
