Black S13 Dash no HUD SE Wisconsin ($100)

Dash came out of a 89 hatch it has no cracks. I really don't want to ship, but if you want to pay for shipping its going to be about $40 for the box and around $150-$200 to ship. Thats what I was told it would cost at UPS. I live about 1hr20mins from Chicago IL and 45-50mins from Milwaukee WI. I am willing to drop it off or meet you somewhere as long as it is a reasonable distance.
