Private drift practice at the Balcony of WSIR Sep 1st!

Starts at 8am-4pm. Thats 8 hours of non stop drifting.
tech is at 7:20rish....

Intermediate/Advance drivers is preferred, but not required,

Balcony at WSIR (Willow Springs International Raceway)

From 562 area take 5 north to the 14 north and exit off Rosemond Blvd. Make left at the exit and drive about two miles and track is on right hand side. You can't miss it.

Aerodynes gymkhana has run many different layouts but they are not as fast as the layout you described. Some of the practice layouts are fun... you come down the middle road towards the skid pad and e-brake drift left then do a big figure 8 then one big circle around the two cones you did an 8 around.

The spots are wide open.

The track day is BOOKED, so far, theres 10 ppl signed up and 2 people paid.

Looking for a 18-20 ppl group, but if people dont show up, we will STILL DO IT.

That means more track time for the rest of the guys.

Wow. Thats all I have to say. If you missed this event, you missed out. A lot of crazy weather happend. Like a hurricane. lol. WE GOT TO DRIFT IN THE RAIN!! That was awesome. How many times do you get to drift on a track, in the rain. Very awesome event.

Oh man yesterday was amazing. Probably more track time then any other event has provided in the past. Everyone was either out of tires or too tired by the end of the day (I even got to drift a bit, definitely getting better). Mid afternoon off in the distance you could spot dirt devils/mini tornadoes. Then the lightning and rain started to show up. Some of us were huddled under the drift speed tent while it poured and hailed for a little while (Staff was out drifting in the rain). The storm resulted in some power lines being knocked down which made things rather inconvenient.

Expect pictures and videos within a week or two. Look forward to our next event which should be at Horse Thief Mile.
