Sorry guys, have to vent.. She messed up my baby!

I was driving down the road, and i got into the right hand turn lane, which merges with on-comming traffic. there were 2 cars sitting and waiting for the on-comming traffic to stop, so i stopped behind them. they eventually went. So i started to pull out, and a van popped out of the other lane, into the lane i was gonna go into, so i stopped, but the bitch in the lexus behind me didnt.

Now my rear bumper is falling off, my trunk wont shut, the license plate is beat to hell (personalized, so im pissed.) I think the cat is going out now, it smells like eggs, when i drive it hard.....AHHHHHH im PIAAAASSSSSSDDDDDDD!!!


I feel a little better... this just means i need to get the highest quotes i can, and get a body kit instead!!!!!

Sorry to hear that man did yo talk to the cops to see who they are going to hold at fault cus if they for some reason decide that is was yours you wont get anything.But then again you got hit from behind so well wait that is a law in va that you are atomaticly at fault if you rearend someone here.Hope every thing works out ok.

Yea there were 4 cops, an Ambulance, and a firetruck. They had me in a neck brace for awhile. My head was turned sideways, looking at on-comming traffic. and she hit me, and the side of my head hit the seat, my neck popped, and my lower back started hurting. I am really sore today! But the cops cited her. so she is going to PAY!!!!!
Yea, time for a body kit.. she also wrinkled the quater panel a little, so it may be time for a new paint job.......

It kinda sucks, my neck still hurts, so if it still hurts tomorrow, Im gonna go to the hospital. then i am going to go to the highest priced body shops around..( ie the dealers) and get quotes. Hopefully it will be enough for a bomex kit. and a paint job. I will snap some pics tonight and try to post them. Im still really pissed about the whole thing.

Your neck is going to be hurting for atleast a week. &nbsp;I remember getting rear end really bad (totaled the car). &nbsp;My neck was so sore and stiff the next day, but I went to the doctor and took some medicine which ease the pain away.

Be careful....if you get a kit and you get into a small fender bender with your bumper expect major cracks &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sigh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':rolleyes:'>

Well i went to the hostpital last night. they said i have 2 weeks to live........... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> &nbsp;just kiddin.. but they did give me MAJOR drugs!!! but i am still in ALOT of pain. I talked to a buddy of mine, and he says my car is just fuckered!. I am going to take it to the body shops now. and see what they say.

do you know how fast the lady was goin? &nbsp;Cauz when i got rear ended by my COUSIN, the cop estimated i got hit at around 35-45 mph. &nbsp;Lets just say my car was taco'd, my 95 had no trunk, bashed all the way to the back window. &nbsp;Get many many exrayz and go get a chiropratic. &nbsp;Squeeze every penny out of her insurance company.
I fu*ked up and didnt go to the hospital and i was sore for about 2 months and my back goes out once a year.
I wish some one ran into me again so i can get a back cracker (chiropractor (and i cant spell)).

I went and got some quotes today!!! The smallest one was $1600. and the highest was $3200. gee what one would you take?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>??


As for how fast she was going, i dont know, we were stopped trying to merge onto a 55mph road, so im sure she punched it pretty hard to try to get up to speed.

FYI on getting repair quotes....some insurance companies require you get a few quotes (2-3) then they take the average of all of them....($2400 for you). &nbsp;You dont have to turn in all the quotes you get, just turn in the highest ones. &nbsp;For &nbsp;$2400, I'd get a body kit and exhaust, and an economical paint job. &nbsp;Just make sure the frame is straight tho...thats the most important thing.

-K- red x's... So i suck. But I have been thinking about it, when i bought the car it already had front end damage, i thought it was just the fender, but i was wrong. and now there is rear end damage... so if anyone wants a 240. i may be selling one.
