S14 Blacktop SR Swap tomorrow - Wiring questions.

Hey everyone, the swap is going down tomorrow and I really need someone to explain the wiring conversion to me or point me in the right direction. I have a full s14 front clip so everything is there and complete and I am swapping it into a 95' s14. I see videos and install threads all over the place for s13 chassis and motors but nothing for s14 chassis and motor.

Please offer and advice or know-how on the subject.

Nobody has any advice? Any recommendations on where to get an already converted s14 harness for s14 chassis?

what wiring conversion? what would you have to convert? if you have the full clip with uncut harness, plug the new harness into the new ecu and then into the engine

you can either use the ka tranny harness and swap all the tranny sensors or change over to the sr tranny harness if you have it. i didnt :/

keep looking it is there sorry not going to spend time searching when you can do the same. theres also people that you can send you harness to and they will do it for you but its a little late

Ive been told that even a full uncut SR harness will not connect properly to the usdm s14 chassis. Plugs need to be extended and re-pinned, etc. I havent been able to find which plugs exactly. I have literally searched for hours here, on nico, freshalloy, etc. Again all I can find are s13 motors and chassis guides. I have contacted wiring specialties and 240sxmotoring and they cannot get my harness done by the deadline.

uhh no, not really, the orientation of the way the sr harness comes out of the firewall is a bit different then how the ka harness comes out, but you can make it work without cutting/extending anything but the maf and a/c shit

you might have to pull the casing and electrical tape shit off of the harness and reroute the wiring, but you shouldnt have to extend or repin anything but a/c and mafs

No you do not need to extend anything except the MAF sensor. You can unwrap and rewrap the harness to get more length out of it. The dash connectors you just need to find the pinouts for both the sr and ka and match them up.

Its alittle hard to find good infor sometimes on here because it seems that alot of people try to keep it on the down low like its a secret so they can make money off you. Then you figure out how to do it and find out that its only a 5 minute wiring job, lol.

Im really glad I didnt listen to all those guys who kept saying " just send it out" Buy the DVD !!! ". If I did that I would have learned nothing.

What about the F4 harness beside the ECU, I was told that this needs to be repinned for S14's.
