Ok first post. Here hope you all welcome me with open arms...Anyways, here's the question. Doing up a 93 240sx with a s15 front end conversion. I know i can get a front end with a fabricated front bumper body kit. But, does anyone know of any company that is matching the side skirts and rear bumper body kits up so they fit the s13 Models?

usually the best way is to have a body shop take a look at what is necessary to fabricate these panels to fit.
are you talking about oem aero or aftermarket?

okay. here's what you do.
1) orgin converison fenders for s13-s15.
2) pick a style of body kit (ie stylish)
3) they give you stylish s15 front
4) they give you stylish s13 sides and rear
5) you order s15 hood
6) Everything matches
7) install and fabricate backets and hood hinges to work with s15 stuff

You can search for charge speed, they have a whole kit but kinda expensive. The kit includes all brackets and wires for the headlights.

don't waste your time with the extra chargespeed stuff. the wiring is easy, there's a diagram on here to show how to do it. Or just use a volt tester. Some say s14 hood hinges work, but you can make a bracket similar to these..

Think it's worth getting the radiator core set up welded on?

I agree with you, that is why I said charge speed kit is really expensive. It is for people with money and don't want to deal with all the custom brackets.
personally, I think just follow Yoshi's S13-S15 Conversion.
Website: http://www.360realms.com/S13-S15/
I think this is probably the cheapest way to do the conversion. I am gonna fix my conversion probably this weekend following Yoshi's direction.
Parts need:
1. S15 hood hinges or S14 hinges(if they really work, heard of it, but never seen it).
Keep the S13 radiator support, someone said it is better for safety reason, and save like $500 for the S15 radiator support.
2. S13 headlight bracket
3. S15 coversion fenders (don't really know who makes the best, the body shop done my friend's car said the origin sucks, which have a 1 inch gap from the hood, and if you weld, the welding line will appear around 3 year)
4. Body Kit you what. Overall, I say get everything from origin (the shipping for the whole kit is almost the same as a front bumper)
S13 headlight bracket, and S15 hood hinges, you can get from Justin @ west covina nissan(advertiser here). I got it for around $95 shipped.

Yeah i was reading up on Yoshi's conversion to i agree that being the cheapest i'm just want to make sure everything fits just right is that why i like asking for opinions to see what people have.

any body shop should be able to fit the orgin stuff with ease. I fitted mine with some work, but the end result was great.

Keep in mind, you're changing the ENTIRE front end. This isn't slap a bumper on and lets go. If you're angle is off alittle where the fenders meet the door, the bumper and lights might not line up right. Or there will be a gap, or something stupid.
