so everyone has been askin me about this and if this is goin to happen, so i got back on track about it and have everything sorted out.... i think :D

since there has been alot of interest, i found a great place to have this meet/bbq/get together/yadda yadda yadda. heres the info:

WHERE:Beresford Park [2720 Alameda de las Pulgas, San Mateo, CA 94403]
WHEN: Sept 1st 2007
TIME: ~11:00am - whenever but it usually is till 8pm till the last person leaves
WHAT TO BRING/ENTRANCE FEE: MANDATORY: each person MUST bring some form of food or drinks or plates/utensils OR a minimum of $5 for food/drinks/other shit for us to go get. Even if u dont eat, please at least chip in some money to help fund this bbq.
ACTIVITIES:
11:00am - 2:00pm BBQ/football/soccer/baseball?/frisbee/look at cars (its a big park)
2:00pm - 4:00pm Go-Kart Racing at Go Kart Racer (Some ppl usually go out driving instead of goin to GKR)
4:00pm - 5:30pm Tapioca or just chill back and relax
5:30pm - whenever Dinner at BJ's?

Ive never had issues in the past about shortage of food or drinks and i plan to keep it that way. With the minimum of $5 from ppl that dont bring stuff, we can go out to a nearby safeway and get food and drinks for everybody. From our previous meet, ppl were throwing down $5 - $20 a person and we had some extra and used it to get a discount on our GKR tickets. This time, i plan to use the extra money to buy tickets for GKR and have a raffle for the free race.

This park is bigger in size and parking lot space. 240Falkon and i had our highschool graduation picnic over there and there was plenty of room. Theres like 4-5 bbq pits right next to big ass canopy with a big open field and stuff.

i just checked the place out and theres about 40+ spots right next to the canopy area. theres a built in bbq pit and everything and im pretty sure there are outlets becuase when i stopped by, a party had an air castle jumpy thingy bob so im pretty sure it needed power to run the motor.

One thing I like about eating with large groups is when everyone knows that TAX and TIP does need to be accounted for at the end of dinner.

Because there have been too many times where people are water-drinkers and put in $10 on their $9.99 meal. Just to let you know, you should throw down $13. I HATE when people don't man up and pay.

I'm not directing this at last time. Because everything went smoothly.

This is for whoever else might come and bring some water-drinker friend.

Just let me know when and I'm all for it.

UPDATE:

well renting the area, canopy place RIGHT next to the parking lot is 95 bucks soo those ppl who dont bring food or drinks and give me 5 will be used towards paying whoever back for renting out this canopy area. I wont be charging anyone at the meet and the $5 is only MANDATORY to those who dont bring anything (food drinks utensils) but donations would be nice to help cover for the canopy fee.

ALSO if u guys want to have alcohol i need to get an alcohol permit which is another 15 bucks so i think alot of us would be done for that but i wanna see what u guys think

sooo.. i hit a deer on hwy 9 a while back around 45 mph. and all it really did is dent my fender and crap on my door. 2 days ago i was driving why 9/skyline and i blew up a cat... like meow, cat.. at like 85+.. it messed up my intercooler and raped my fender. it bent the brackets back that hold my intercooler on... damn cats....did more damage than a damn 175lb deer.
