cant get egr tube out for the life of me

[my S14]

im trying to put greddy headers on my 95 s14, but i can not get the egr tube off for anything, ive tried heating it up pb blaster more heat, chanel locks, adjustable pliers, 15/16 wrench, pipe wrench but a small one cause of the small amount of room i have. it wont budge at all and its starting to round a little from tring so much, the pipe wrench works the best but i have little levridge(sp?) and cant get a pipe in there to help,

i bought a new egr tube but i cant get in the egr side to try to get it off over there cause there is so much stuff in the way.

please does anyone have any tips or tricks on how the hell to get this damn thing off, im trying to stay as green friendly as i can so i dont want to just eliminate the system but im running out of ideas

its a bitch i know that, its hard because of rust caused by the heat and moisture, i just got some of the shit you spray on the threads forgot what its called but you can get it at lows or home dopot, it frees shit thats locked up rusted ect, hope it helps

I had the same problem as you, Tried everything, wouldnt budge. I ended up cutting the tube off and eliminating the whole system. In your case since you want to keep it I'd cut the tube at the mani, then remove what needs to be removed to get at the intake side. Its a bitch but if you want to do it right thats what your gunna have to do.
