how easy is it to install the pivot pop up headlight controller

you can search it on google... it is 3 wires + a power.... i have seen the installs done on the web... looked pretty easy...

i actually want to go silvia front end so i don' want to install this...

BUT FIRST I NEED MONEY FOR PFC!!!! hahahahhaa... i need tuning!!!!
