need help

i just bought a 1989 240sx with the stock ka24e. i wanna do an engine swap for the sr20det. does anyone know if its any easy swap or is there alot of fabrication that needs to take place for this to happen? and is engine able to bolt up with the stock tranny that comes with the ka? or is the sr output specs too differnt for this tranny?
