06 or something like that
infiniti G35
when she drives the brakes are locking up/staying on without her even pressing the pedal..
feels like the ebrake is on when it's not..
suggestions?
i'm assuming it's bad brake fluid and it needs to be flushed/changed out..but i'd like to know 100% that it is or what else it may be

take the calipers off and see if you can press the pistons in by hand with the bleeader open, if you cant rebuild the calipers lits like 25 bucks for a kit. and should only take about 20 mins to do.

i don't think poor brake fluid would cause your calipers to engage. in fact, it would probably do the opposite. since your fluid is pushed to the caliper piston by hydraulic properties, it would require 'good' fluid (no air, debris, unboiled) to do that. i don't see how poor fluid would cause your brakes to engage.
is it within warranty? i'd take it in. if not, check if anything is stuck or rubbing against the wheel, etc.
is it manual? maybe the rear caliper, but i've never heard of that before.

put the car up on a lift
or four jackstands
tranny in neutral
e-brake off
rotate each wheel by hand
if only one wheel is locked you probably have a seized caliper
if the rear two wheels are locked you probably have a problem with the e-brake
if all four wheels are locked there's something wrong with the entire brake system. god knows what
good luck
