Need help car won't start

Ok I just did a sr20det in a s13. I got the car to start for the first time and had it sit for a few week.. When I went back to start it it won't start... There no sparks and fuel pump won't come on...
Things I did areadly.
Check fuse.
check connections to pump.
Check gournd.
Do any one also know of a shop or someone that I can pay to get my car to start in Minnesota?

Yes I checked the battery and just recharge it. But what is the clutch pedal button?

It's behind the clutch pedal, on the floor I believe. When you depress the clutch, it presses that button - this allows you to start the car.

So when you have the key in the ON position, there is no voltage to the pump? how did you verify that?

So there is like, no sound.. i.e. it doesn't even try to start, no noise - or does the starter crank?

WHen the key is on the on pistion I can't hear the pump come on. When I got the car to start for the first time I can hear the pump when the key is turn to the on pistion.. the starter cranks also.
