Where are you going to wire in the drift button?

j/k, The diagram looks like you put a lot of work into it. My only question is if the s13 is the ka-e or the de?

wow thats the most detailed wiring how to for the s14 sr > s13 yet. Is it me or is this S14 SR20DET into a s13 becoming a popular swap now?

Sohc and Dohc are the same as for wiring.

Why not...newer used motors are better than older used motors.

you can double check your diagram with my thread. The information I posted was straight from the DVD I ordered from drifting.com and everything wired up fine in my car

ouch.. that hurt. it might not look like much at first but its all there. Im definitely not going to write it out step by step for you. As far as I can see I've been the only one who really replied to your thread with any real info.

Good luck

wow dude, any help is good i think.

Well from my experience with these swaps, they are pretty straight forward.

You have to use the s13 m/t speed sensor and the rest of the s13 transmission sensors. Unless you use a jdm lower s13 sr harness
You have to use the s13 coolant temp sensor for temp on your gauge cluster to work.
You have to bore out the positive connector for the alternator, s14 stud is larger than s13.
If going front mount just buy a s14 sr front mount kit. If you buy a s13 kit and buy the greddy coldpipe it will be a little short.
You cannot mix up ecu's you have to use zenki harness>zenki ecu and kouki harness>kouki ecu.
But you can for instance use S15 harness on a s14 zenki motor, I know because I am doing this.
Maf's are not interchange between S14 Zenki Engines and The S13, S14 Kouki, S15, they changed the maf near the end of production on the Zenki "called the chuki s14 sr20 only made for a couple months". Chuki, Kouki and S15 Maf's are the same. The only difference Zenki and the rest is the maf plug style, it would work if you spliced in a pigtail.
