hello, i have searched on google and hear to see if anyone knew how to replace a broken ignition cylinder. the one on my steerin column was destroyed due to previous owner incompetence and now i wanna replace it. the fsm i own speaks nothing on the matter and was wondering how do i go about in changing it. thank in advance any good comments will be appreciated

I changed mine. Its an S14, so I dont know if the S13 is the same or not. But What I had to do was dremal slots into the bolts that hold the assembly onto the steering column. Once I got the slots on the bolts, I used a screwdriver to unbolt the assembly.
When you get a new ignition assembly it will come with hex ends on the bolts. Once you tighten them down you break the hex end off.
