Sorry if this question has been asked before i have tried to search it came up with nothing. i have a sr20det which im trying to upgrade somethings before i do the swap. I need to get a new turbo due to the damage on the stock one and wanted to go with the s15 t28 but i dont know anything about swaping this turbo on the sr20. another thing i was thinking about was that i have a MINES ecu and i dont know if installing this different turbo will mess up anything with that. So can anyone tell me if I need to get any other parts to bolt this s15 t28 turbo on or anything i need to look out for? also if anyone would like to recommend any certain parts i should replace before the swap that would be helpful too. thinking about replaceing pistons, rods. and cams.

It will bolt right up, BUT the dump pipe will have a hole that will need to moved over a bit, when you get to it you will see it.
Next, the aluminum inlet and outlet adapter will no longer fit. Either you must get the S15 inlet unit or get the adjusted spacers or cut and reweld the stock T25 unit. the outlet would work fine if you didn't get the adapters, but the hot pipe would need to be changed as well.
Next, the water lines will have to be rerouted a bit, but you could get the Oil and Water line kits that are stainless steel braided and would help in the ease of installation.
That should be it. OH, and use lock washers on the turbo.
