I'm looking for a shop in the Bay Area that does SR swaps and KA rebuilds.  Anyone know of any?

Thanks

I am looking for the same thing. Maybe we can both go in on a "deal" if we find a shop. I need to do an auto to 5speed swap.

What are you looking to do?

for SR swaps, go to http://www.downpipe.com , contact them, they are in the bay area.  they can do it for you.

I wanted to do an SR swap but I think i'm just going to get my KA rebuilt with performance pistons and rods so I can put a nice turbo and some good bolt ons on it. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Finding a shop would be a God send. My pals and I might tear down my friends' KA24E on his S13 and see what we can do. However, we'll need a Haynes manual and a #### of a lot of research to do....eh....I'm too lazy. Yea, a shop in the Bay Area to get help from would be cool.
