Will a PFC made for a 91-93 redtop work with a s13 blacktop E5 ecu? Someone is selling a PFC made for a redtop so I want to know if they are compatible with each other and if there are any differences? Does anyone know the part number for the PFC corresponding to my ecu?

You need the "#414-N020" not the "#414-N021".

I checked that 414-N020 says that's for a 91-93 redtop. I have a blacktop and I believe that it's for a 96 year model. I've done some more research and I think the 414-N021 is the one I need. Can anyone confirm this?
