heres the problem. It doesnt seem to spool at all till about 3500 or 4 and then it doenst really pull hard at all like i have a major boost leak. Which is an easy fix, but heres the catch. Around 5500 my whole car starts shaking and it doesnt sound very good.. Its like the wastegate isnt working all the way?
i have the line run to a nipple on the coldpipe. Its a stock t25 with no boost controller. where else am i supposed to run the vac line. this is confusing the hell outta me because my lines are stock setup.

check them all for leaks. (the vacuum lines)

bust out a bike pump and some PVC and cap your intake and force air through the system.

then, listen for leaks. You'll hear them with the engine off.

would that cause all of the other problems though?
if anything i would think it would spool better with a leake

thats cuz you don't know stuff.

If you dont' have proper vacuum to your WG, guess what, its gonna operate shitty.

#1 cause for "stumbling" is leaks

#1 for no pull from your turbo is vacuum leaks.

Don't ask questions, just DO IT.

yeah with out the Boost contoller your set up is only pushin about 4-6 Psi
Ripp off the turbo inlet pip and check your compressor turbine shaft for movement, theres a slight chace your turbo's blown

That happen to me one night after leaving the mall. I went straight home and noticed my actuator rod was not connected. That is a common problem with the t-25. I used wire tie through the small hole and twisted it tight so the rod could not fall out. I believe the stock pin gets loose and falls off.

is your setup new? By saying cold pipe you do mean between the turbo and the throttlebody right? and not the intake pipe between the air filter and the turbo

yea between the throttle body and the intercooler

turbo and throttle body are on opposite sides of the system... the cold pipe is the pipe that carries the cooled air from the intercooler into the throttle body/intake manifold. The hotpipe goes from the turbo to intercooler.

K i dont think you understand it. Basically by pushing air into the system with the car not running, your "simulating" boost into the system after the turbo. If you have a leak, air will escape thru there and you will hear it. What i usually do is, get a paint can cap and wedge it on the rubber neck on the intake after taking the maff off. There should be a small nipple on this neck. Id use a compressor with a blower tip on it and stick the blower into that nipple and push air in the system while I hold the cap in place (better yet you can clamp down to kinda secure it in place).
