I have searched around and have noticed that the Andy's Autosport Bloodline kit is the only one available that uses the Chuki lights. I love the look of the Chuki's and would like to keep them so I have decide on getting this kit. Does anyone know if there are any fitment issues? Also, if anyone has this kit installed, how is the quality?

yeah chuki is that middle child not many like to hang out with.

kouki always works well. pignose is restrictive as hell, only a few can love the first born.

The Chuki lights are ugly?! What pipe is that you are on. Everyone has the Kouki look.I guess there is nothing wrong with sticking to the herd. I don't understand why everyone has such a hardon for the kouki look. Those signals are weak sauce. I'll stick with the Chuki half ambers.

Its not the lights for some of us... its the lines the kouki bumper create aka the look it presents.

Ohh RLY? These kouki lights are weak? ohh I didn't know... :jerkit:

I think some bomex kits use chuki lights, but i don't remember what they look like. I agree that the s13 kouki bumper lights look dumb. They are just plain rectangles that don't flow with the lines of the car at all, looks like someone hacked some trailer lights into the bumper or something. My fave for the popup front end is s14 kouki bumper lights ala hippo sleek:

Hippo Sleek's site (http://www.hipposleek.co.jp/d-pad_180sx/index.html)

I've seen a couple other kits that use the s14 kouki lights as well, but they are pretty obscure and I don't remember what the names were.

That hippo sleek bumper looks good, I think the Kouki S14 turns look good too.

But seriously, why are we arguing over TURN SIGNALS?! :cj:

veilside uses chuki lights. how about running one of those kits? it'll be different. different is cool. like changing amber turn signals to clear and amber, and sidemarkers with bumps on them instead of being smooth. JDM JDM JDM SKEET SKEET.

Ohhh that Hippo Sleek kit is pretty sweet. There is another one on their website on a green S13 that is also pretty sick. I may have changed my mind on what kit I want!

I don't mind the knock off version of the hipposleek version 1 that has the s14 kouki lamps molded into a slot of the bumper... kinda like the msports stuff.

Thanks Wei for noticing since no one else did. I plan on using my half amber half clear lights on the Bloodline. I think it would look pretty sick. That Hippo looks nuts also.

For those who don't know what the bloodline kit is (like me) I searched and found it...

The more I look at it the more I like it, but regardless, fitment on an aftermarket piece is usually going to take some work. Especially on low-budget independent companies like this. Even in their company pics it looks a little off. But If you've got someone who knows what they're doing it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

(I only wish they had left the center undertail garnish red)

Here's a customer car and the gaps look off... take it for what it's worth.

The undertail garnish isn't painted because that's a brand new set of Kouki tails they probably put on AFTER they painted the car with the aero.
