They are used a tiny lip is there, 3 pieces of printer paper tall. no knowledge of miles.

those are the rear brand new brembo rotors, the z32 rotors I would turn before using but you don't have to. I am in the practice of turning rotors before new pads, but seeing as they come with the pads that were used on them its not needed.
