Correct Rom Chip for S14?

Just wondering if the chip in the link below will work with a 98(kouki) Sr20det ECU. I believe I have the 69F00 Ecu. Thanks for the help.

That link is just for the rom board, not the chip

If I get the chip(s) for it,, will it work, or is there another alternative place that will cost less than this route, if I have to buy the board then the chip(s)
