RB20 and RB25 Turbo Question??????

Can anyone tell why the RB20 turbo has two vaccum nipples and the RB25 has only one see the thing is that I was running my boost controller to both of the of the nipples on the RB20 but now that I put the RB25 turbo on I have a extra vaccum hose were does the other one go. Help I need to beat a Honda LOL j/k

On the first turbo, the compressor housing has been tapped so you can run a boost controller directly to that nipple (depending on what kind you have) or you can just run a line from the waste gate actuator to the one that is tapped on the compressor housing. As far as the second turbo goes, just run the vacuum line to the waste gate actuator they ways it's supposed to go...

but then I'll still have one vaccum line from the boost controller that dosen't go anywere can i just plug that up to my BOV cause I have to two nipples on my BOV but I'm only using one of them....... or can I just block off the other vacuum hose coming of the boost controller. I still want to be able to use my boost controller. Thanx
