So about three weeks ago I did a sr20det swap into my s13. I got the car to start for the frist time. I then left for a trip and the car sat for about two weeks. When I came home and try to start the car it will not start. I haven't done anything new with the car since the first time I got it to start. I checked the fuse and its good. I check the plug to the fuel pump and I'm getting power from two pins. So I getting power to the pump. I have aready took the pump out and tested it and its good. So I thinking that its the ecu from what I been reading. So anyone know how to hot wire the pump from the relay? Please help.

the proper way to do the hotwire modification, is to use a relay with twelve volts from the relocated battery in the trunk with a 20amp fuse. I guess it doesn't have to be in the trunk but it should be close and strong.

I used the original fuel pump wiring to trigger the new relay by the pump, If your ecu is not triggering the EGI pump relay
jump sockets 2 and 3 or 4 and 3

Note: pin one is the ecu 104 pin, it will fry if you add 12volts to it. Test first with new relay too rule our dead relay.

If all you need are pictures then look at these two and go add the new circuit. I recommend using 8-ga or thicker wire to connect the 30-amp fuse (near the battery in the engine bay) to the 30-amp relay (near the fuel pump). Note that connections at relay terminals 85 and 86 can be reversed; same for terminals 87 and 30 (that is, it makes no difference which direction the current flows). by Jeff Lucius
I used a 20amp fuse instead of 30amp, I prefer fuses to blow if they encounter a problem

From here, you should check fuel pressure, Fuel filter and injectors but if you removed any of the hoses on the fuel rail or pump check them also.

The way this relay works is to make sure your 12volts gets to the pump. Your pump maybe bad, or the wiring to the pump maybe bad, get me a pressure reading
