I have 2 RevHard KA turbo manifolds for sale. They are $300+shipping. They can be used to fit any turbo with a T3 or T4 flange to a 240SX. Some people have had problems with the T3's hitting the master cylinder, but nobody is sure if this is a car specific problem or a manifold specific problem. Both these manifolds have been used with T3's on 240SX's, so if it is a manifold specific problem, then these do fit.
Both are used. One was used on my white car before we built a custom manifold for it. We have enlarged the port holes to better fit the exhaust ports when mounted with the turbo on top. We have also separated the exhaust flange into 4 pieces and enlarged the outer bolt holes of the flange to prevent it from cracking. You may remember that many people had problems with these cracking. These should not crack with these modifications, as the cracking is due to heat expansion. This manifold is also drilled for an EGT probe, but I can weld that up if you won't be using it.
The other manifold I have has previously had a tiny crack, which has been welded. I believe it has also been port matched to the head. The exhaust flange has not been separated nor the outer bolt holes enlarged, but I would be happy to do this before shipping it out. Once again, there is no reason that this should crack again with those modifications. I will have pictures of both manifolds ASAP.
