OT: Whats Wrong With SCC

you guys seem to rag alot on sport compact car, i was just wondering why, i mean some of their articles are good, and they have some decent tech stuff, just wondering why people bash the magazines so much

I like it. They have a ton of annoying ads, and the featured cars are usually full of lameness in a SuperStreet style of writing, but all their tech stuff and project cars are great. Rally coverage is great. Most of the other stuff is decent. So I dunno what peoples problem with it is. Maybe they could improve some stuff, but they are better than the other crap that's out there in that genre, probably the best except maybe GRM.

Personally I think they have some GREAT technial articles.  I really like the one about slip angles they did a few months back.  EXCELLENT info.

I believe its Super Street most people don't like, but then again checkout this poll I started.

who bashes SCC? my lord, i can't remember SCC being bashed anytime in the last 3 months at least. so if it is happening, it's not very prevelent, and the people who are saying aren't exactly the intellectual giants that i like to associate myself with.

I think SCC is probably the best import/sports car magazine out of the select few. I personally cant stand import tuner, and super street is only good for pictures, and the occasional use for when I am out of the toilet paper and dont want to drive to the store with the  unwiped feeling.
