Just got a tuned J4 ecu. I'm currently using a an E5 ecu. I'm pretty much a novice if that w/ wiring. But I wanted know how difficult is to rewire my harness to get the J4 ecu to work. I've already downloaded the pin out diagram for E5 and J4 ecu's and it doest seem like it would be that difficult to re-pin but I could be wrong. Just wanted to get some advice before I possibly fcuk up my harness.

TEAR IT UP.

If you have the two pinouts you are set.

Dont cut and splice.

Bust open those connectas!!

GO DIY!

Sorry for bumping this thread back up. But i finally tried re-pinning the harness and I'm having trouble re-moving the wires out of the connector. Am i using the wrong tool or am i just doing it incorrectly? I'm using a Lisle 56500.
