Name this Suspenison Part?

So the boot broke and I'm looking to replace the entire marked area in this picture. I was told it was a inner tie rod and tension rod? Can anyone confirm this?

Also what kind of aftermarket replacements are there? Any you suggest? Thanks.

yes that would be the inner tie rod. As for the tension rod...no
I have the same problem as you, my inner tie rod boot is facked...so imma go replace both soon.

Yes you can replace it with better aftermarket parts.

If you searched, you would've seen that there are tons of threads about upgrading.

I suggest SPLparts.com or Peak Performance stuff. I'm currently in process of replacing my tie rod set up.

Word of advice: STAY AWAY FROM KAZAMA (Cheap shit, it breaks)

These components are key in your suspension. Don't cheap out.

yeah word, I think my driver side ball joint in the steering knuckle is toast, the boot is broken in half.
