for those of you who have had your car appraised (specifically)

So I have a licensed appraisal shop who will give me an appraised value of my car for my insurance. Problem is they have always just done collision repair appraisals and never had to do a car appraisal. This means there is no official letterhead on file for doing so. We want it to look as proper as can be.

My question is for those who have alot invested in their cars and have been appraised, could you PLEASE scan your appraisal form, ms paint out your names, and email it to tastyratz *at* hotmail -dot- com? I figured that might be better than having you post "steal my car and find it here" pics on zilvia.
